Walnut Flooring
In the looks department, walnut doesn't have a lot of competition: the grains and natural color make it (in my opinion) the best looking floor, especially in wide-plank options. It's just plain silly to stain it. That being said, what walnut supplies in beauty it lacks in strength. It's soft. Don't let a salesperson sell you on this floor's durability: it's not ideal for high-traffic households.
